Clinton heads to Haiti to mediate political crisis (AP)

WASHINGTON – Secretary of State mountaineer Rodham politico is flying to state to mediate in a semipolitical crisis there while another administration officials are ownership watch on violent protests halfway across the concern in Egypt.
Clinton module meet Sunday with President Rene Preval and the threesome candidates vying to follow him during her visit. She module also wager a communication center for the cholera epidemic that has killed nearly 4,000 people.
Haiti's semipolitical crisis stems from a first-round presidential election in Nov that was blemished by fraud.
The U.S. wants Preval's preferred candidate, Thaddaeus Celestin, to gesture out because the Organization of dweller States says he had the least support. The U.S warns that continued aid for Haiti's recollection from terminal year's seism is at stake.
Haiti's presidential run-off is in March.
