Obama to discuss budget at Baltimore school (AP)

WASHINGTON – President Barack Obama intends to show his budget plan at a Baltimore edifice that he says exemplifies the requirement for continued investment in education.

Obama, Education Secretary Arne Duncan and White House budget director Jack Lew module visit Parkville Middle School, which focuses on science, technology, field and math.

The president is battling Republicans over outlay priorities.
