NEW YORK – The Associated Press has sued Urban Outfitters and another covering retailers in federal court, accusing them of selling T-shirts that break the programme agency's papers of a picture of Barack Obama that an artist's "HOPE" ikon was supported on.

The programme authority filed separate lawsuits weekday against Urban Outfitters Inc., Nordstrom Inc. and Zumiez Inc., seeking some restitution for products using the ikon that were oversubscribed at stores nationwide.
