WASHINGTON – President Barack Obama is calling on legislature to writing the nation's governing activity accumulation in time for a new school assemblage next fall. It's an enterprising timeline but one brass official says it is needed to move approaching the achievement notch between dweller students and their counterparts in China and elsewhere.
