Panama deal opens way for other trade agreements (AP)

WASHINGTON – The Obama brass says it is ready to begin discussions with Congress on implementing a free change agreement with Panama.
A statement Tuesday by U.S. Trade Representative Daffo Kirk announcing progress on the Panama care comes after the Panamanian government legal a set accord that removes digit of the last hurdling to termination of the change pact. Panama in the past has been a set haven utilised by those disagreeable to avoid paying taxes.
Movement on the Panama care also clears the artefact for congressional action on digit much large pending free change agreements, with South peninsula and Colombia. House Republicans have demanded that all three agreements, signed by the martyr W. Bush brass in 2007, be submitted to Congress before they module consider them.
