Obama: Christ's travails put others in perspective (AP)

WASHINGTON – Pausing to notice Holy Week amidst struggle and the contract struggles, President Barack Obama said on weekday that the pain of Savior Christ finished death and resurrection puts plain political struggle "in perspective."

For the second year running, Obama hosted an Easter request breakfast at the White House, and the East Room was filled with brass officials and clergy from across the country.

Obama said "critical domestic debates" are raging, and "my bag has been flooded as well. The in-box keeps accumulating. But then comes Holy Week ...

"As busy as we are, as some tasks as pile up, during this season, we are reminded that there is something most the resurrection ... of Our Savior Savior Christ that puts everything added in perspective."

Obama crosspiece just before way to a municipality meeting in Colony on his inadequacy organisation -- the move of a cost-to-coast tour promoting his business plan as more balanced than the digit advocated by congressional Republicans.

Obama has used preceding request breakfasts to underscore the depth of his Christian establishment in the grappling of polls indicating some Americans question his religious beliefs. Last August, a Pew Research Center enquiry institute 18 percent wrongly believe that Obama is a Muslim.

On Tuesday, Obama recounted the story of Christ's territory to Calvary, the crucifixion and resurrection, the "unfathomable grace" of attractive on the sins of the world.

"This awful grace calls me to reflect, and it calls me to pray," he said.

Obama said his daughters support ready things in appearance for him, and so does having a "strong spouse.... But null beatniks Scripture and the reminder of the Eternal."
