Santorum announces presidential fundraising effort (AP)
MANCHESTER, N.H. – Former Sen. Rick Santorum says he is forming a NGO that module permit him move raising money for a White House run.
Santorum on weekday said that he wants to wager if the fundraising is there for a potential statesmanly campaign. He says he is "testing the waters" for a full-on campaign.
